1. Acceptance and eligibility
You may use Cargo Truck only if you can legally agree to these Terms. Users under the age of legal majority must have a parent or guardian review and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account and security
Registration and sign-in use email verification or supported Apple or Google identity. Provide accurate information, keep access to your email and devices secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Accounts and virtual items may not be sold, transferred or shared for abuse.
3. Limited licence
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Cargo Truck for private entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable store rules. You may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, bypass security or exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.
4. Gameplay and online service
Cargo Truck is an online game. A network connection and a supported account are required for gameplay and server-authoritative progress. Routes, vehicles, physics, rewards, difficulty, availability and other game content may be balanced, corrected, added or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of any particular ranking, configuration or feature.
5. Coins, virtual items and purchases
Coins and other virtual items are licensed digital content for use only inside Cargo Truck. They have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's payment and refund rules and applicable consumer law. Store prices and taxes are shown before purchase. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent or reversed credits, but will not remove legitimately purchased value without a lawful reason.
6. Fair play and prohibited conduct
Do not cheat, automate play, manipulate requests or purchases, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, access another account, harass others, submit unlawful content or use Cargo Truck commercially without permission. Do not attempt to compromise security or availability. We may investigate and take proportionate action, including removing invalid results or restricting an account.
7. Updates and availability
We may require updates for compatibility, security, store compliance or gameplay integrity. Maintenance, network faults or events outside our control may interrupt access. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property and third parties
Cargo Truck, its code, art, audio, names and other content belong to PT. OPEN SOFT ASIA or its licensors and are protected by law. Apple, Google, Brevo and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. References to vehicle categories do not imply sponsorship by any vehicle manufacturer.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using Cargo Truck at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk or legal necessity, with notice and a chance to appeal where required. Account deletion is permanent and removes access to progress and virtual items, subject to legally required record retention.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or death caused by negligence where applicable.
11. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. We will post the new date and give notice of material changes where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, while mandatory protections of your country remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute; courts with lawful jurisdiction remain available.
